Return Policy
Unfortunately, due to ongoing issues with order cancellations, custom changes after production, and the nature of handmade work, we’ve had to implement a strict return policy.
At Farmstyle Woodworks, each custom order is handcrafted with care and attention to detail. Due to the personalized nature of our work, all custom orders are final sale — no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be accepted once production has begun.
We encourage customers to review all order details carefully before confirming, including wood type, size, design, and personalization. If there are any questions or concerns about your order before it is started, please contact us directly so we can ensure everything is accurate.
For non-custom items, returns or exchanges may be accepted within 7 days of delivery in their original condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can address the issue promptly. Farmstyle Woodworks will review the item to determine if the damage or defect occurred during production or as a result of customer handling.
